Fine Wines - Fine Food - Good Times
With wine bars becoming very popular especially for after work drinks and wineries offering tastings along with food the average person has had more of a chance to try these beverages and realize that they not only taste great but they are not too expensive either. Of course you can buy very expensive bottles if you can afford it but for the average person you can still buy a lovely drop for a reasonable price. Most restaurants these days will also be liscenced to serve alcohol. It doesn't matter what cuisine you choose, the restaurant will no doubt have a wine to suit each meal. Each and every cuisine has specific types of wine that are customarily served and enjoyed. Usually the preferred accompaniment is listed near the top or in a section of wines from the particular country on which the restaurant's food is based. And if you’re visiting a particular country it's even easier. Just ask your waiter what is recommended by the restaurant. Usually the common ones in stock will be the local varieties.
